Parking. Street parking near Burlingame Avenue and Broadway can be tight at busy times, so a driveway spot makes the visit smoother. Let us know about steep or narrow driveways in Mills Estates and Burlingame Hills.
Condos and townhomes. For downtown buildings and condo or townhome complexes, share any gate, lobby or garage codes and HOA rules ahead of time.
You don’t need to be home while we clean. Many clients leave a key, lockbox or door code; we follow the access notes you give us on every visit.
Moving? Book your move-in/move-out clean for after the movers leave, so we can reach every floor, shelf and cabinet.

Our Standard Cleaning is available weekly, biweekly or monthly. Most clients choose biweekly, which is the schedule we recommend for keeping a home consistently fresh.
Interior windows are included in the deep clean and the move-in/move-out clean. Exterior windows are a paid add-on. You can also add inside the fridge and inside the oven to any visit.
