What we clean

- Area rugs: synthetic and wool-blend rugs, cleaned on-site.
- Upholstery: sofas, loveseats, sectionals, armchairs, recliners and dining chairs, including velvet.
- Leather: when needed, cleaned by hand with a leather-appropriate method (not with the extraction machine).
- Delicate fabrics such as silk and linen are assessed case by case.

- Mattresses are cleaned on the top surface and three sides; heavy mattresses are not moved.
- Moving furniture depends on the quantity, size and weight of the pieces and whether they can be safely moved, so it’s quoted per job in your estimate.
- We clean synthetic and wool-blend area rugs. Silk, antique and handmade or hand-knotted rugs need a specialist, and we’re happy to point you in the right direction.
- Drying time varies with the fabric, the carpet and the ventilation in your home.

What is hot-water extraction?
It’s a professional deep-cleaning method: hot water is injected into the fibers and extracted right away, lifting dust, pet hair and allergens from deep in carpets, rugs and upholstery.
Can you remove every stain?
We pre-treat every stain and do our best. Some stains, especially old or set-in ones, can’t be fully removed, and we’ll let you know what to expect before we start.
Do you clean mattresses?
Yes. We clean the top surface and three sides. Heavy mattresses are not moved or flipped.
Do you clean area rugs?
Yes, synthetic and wool-blend rugs, on-site. For silk, antique or handmade rugs we recommend a rug specialist.
Are your products safe for kids and pets?
Yes. We use eco-friendly products that are safe for kids and pets.
How long does it take to dry?
It varies with the fabric, the carpet and the ventilation in your home.
Do I need to move my furniture?
It depends on the quantity, size and weight of the pieces and whether they can be safely moved. Let us know what’s in the room and we’ll quote it per job in your estimate.
Do you clean velvet, leather or delicate fabrics?
Velvet is cleaned with our hot-water extraction. Leather is cleaned by hand when needed, with a method made for leather, not with the extraction machine. Delicate fabrics such as silk and linen are assessed case by case, so tell us about your fabric when you request your estimate.
Do I need to book a house cleaning to get carpet or upholstery cleaning?
No. Carpets, rugs, sofas, armchairs, chairs and mattresses can be booked on their own. Current clients can also add it to their next visit.
