Once your home is reset, we keep it there. Biweekly maintenance is our recommendation and our clients’ favorite. Weekly and monthly service are also available.

A deep clean covers the details that build up over time, such as baseboards, door frames, blinds, ceiling fans and interior windows. A standard (maintenance) clean keeps a home in great shape between visits once it’s at that level.
For a new home, no. Every new client starts with the Deluxe Deep Clean. Without it, recurring visits can’t reach the Royal Glow standard.
It depends on the size and condition of your home. We’ll give you a personalized plan with your estimate.
No. We bring all eco-friendly products, tools, color-coded cloths and equipment.
Yes. Many clients book a deep clean before a special event or after a busy season, and most continue with biweekly care.
Yes. Interior windows and inside window sills are included in the Deluxe Deep Clean and in Move-In/Move-Out cleaning. For Standard visits they are available as an add-on.
In the Deluxe Deep Clean, the inside of the refrigerator and freezer, the inside of the oven and the inside of empty cabinets and drawers are add-ons, quoted with your estimate. They are included in Move-In/Move-Out cleaning.
We treat hard water and give heavy buildup, grease and light surface mildew special attention, but complete removal may not be possible in a single visit, depending on the surface and material. Mold remediation or removal is not offered.
Please tidy surfaces, remove dishes, and ensure clear access to all areas. If you’d like us to handle organizing or decluttering, let us know in advance. Additional fees may apply.
Yes. We use non-toxic, eco-friendly products and follow a color-coded cleaning system that prevents cross-contamination and protects your family, pets, and surfaces.
No. As long as we have access instructions (lockbox, garage code, building access), our team can complete the service safely and professionally while you’re away.
Absolutely. Every cleaning can be tailored to your needs, including add-on services, special requests, and personalized instructions for your home. Add-ons are quoted with your estimate.

New clients keep a credit or debit card securely on file. Payment is due on the day of your cleaning and is charged to your card on file.
A deposit may be required to reserve certain services, such as large first-time cleanings. If required, it will be stated in your estimate.
