Alessandra & Diego.
Royal Glow began in 2013 in Boston. After four years there, Alessandra and Diego brought their standard to California in 2017, and it has guided every home since.
Alessandra, a trained biologist, designed our hygiene protocols, from the color-coded cloth system to the products we choose. Diego, a former real estate agent in Brazil, knows how a home should look and feel, and how much trust it takes to hand someone your keys.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many clients prefer to be away. We can use a lockbox or access code you provide, and your privacy and security protocols are always respected.
Are your cleaning products eco-friendly?
Yes. We use premium eco-friendly products that avoid harsh chemicals, with no strong odors and no residue, and a color-coded cleaning system that prevents cross-contamination.
Is your service safe for children, pets and allergy-sensitive families?
Yes. We prioritize eco-friendly, low-toxicity products that are gentler for babies, pets and people with allergies or asthma. Pets are welcome during the cleaning, as long as they are friendly or secured.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes. We bring all the eco-friendly products, tools, color-coded cloths and equipment needed.
Do you require long-term contracts?
No. There are no long-term commitments. You stay because you love the service, not because you’re locked in.
How do payments work?
We keep a credit card securely on file. Payment is due on the day of your cleaning and is charged to your card on file.
