For the best results, schedule your cleaning after the movers leave and before the final walkthrough or key handoff. You don’t need to be there: share a lockbox or access code and we’ll take care of the rest. Tell us your deadline when you request your estimate and we’ll do our best to fit your schedule.

Yes. Interior windows are included in our move-in and move-out cleaning. Exterior windows are not included.
Yes. In move-in and move-out cleaning, we clean inside the oven, the refrigerator and the cabinets at no extra charge. The refrigerator and freezer need to be empty, and please run the oven’s self-clean cycle (or apply oven cleaner) the night before.
Yes. We regularly help realtors, landlords and homeowners get properties ready for listings, showings and new tenants.

Everything in our Deluxe Deep Clean, including interior windows, plus the inside of all cabinets and drawers, the inside of the refrigerator, freezer and oven, closet and built-in shelves and rods, a swept garage and patio or deck, and removal of trash and debris.
We don’t move heavy appliances. If an appliance has been moved and left safely accessible, we clean the exposed area, including the floor where it stood.
We treat hard water and give heavy buildup and light surface mildew special attention, but complete removal may take more than one visit. Walls get light dusting and cobweb removal; old stains, marks and scuffs usually need repainting. Mold remediation is not offered.
Please tidy surfaces, remove dishes, and ensure clear access to all areas. If you’d like us to handle organizing or decluttering, let us know in advance. Additional fees may apply.
Yes. We use non-toxic, eco-friendly products and follow a color-coded cleaning system that prevents cross-contamination and protects your family, pets, and surfaces.
No. As long as we have access instructions (lockbox, garage code, building access), our team can complete the service safely and professionally while you’re away.
Absolutely. Every cleaning can be tailored to your needs, including add-on services, special requests, and personalized instructions for your home. Add-ons are quoted with your estimate.
New clients keep a credit or debit card securely on file. Payment is due on the day of your cleaning and is charged to your card on file.
A deposit may be required to reserve a move-in or move-out cleaning in San Francisco. If required, it will be stated in your estimate.
