How San Mateo homes are different

Older homes in Baywood, Aragon and San Mateo Park often keep original details and finishes that call for gentle products and careful hands, not harsh chemicals. Our eco-friendly products and soft microfiber are a good fit for surfaces that have been in the family for decades.
In the Highlands, most homes are one-level mid-century designs, while Bay Meadows and the townhome communities near the Bay are newer construction with modern finishes. Our color-coded cloths (blue for glass, mirrors and dusting, green for the kitchen, red for the bathroom) keep each area separate, however open the floor plan.

We clean single-family homes, condos and townhomes throughout San Mateo, on both sides of El Camino and on both sides of Highway 101. If you don’t see your neighborhood below, just ask; we likely already work nearby.
Good to know
Parking. Tell us where the team can park. In downtown and near Caltrain, a driveway spot or visitor parking makes the visit smoother; in the Highlands and other hillside streets, let us know about steep or shared driveways.
Condos and townhomes. For Bay Meadows, Edgewater Isle, Harbortown and downtown buildings, share any gate, lobby or garage codes and HOA rules ahead of time.
You don’t need to be home while we clean. Many clients leave a key, lockbox or door code; we follow the access notes you give us on every visit.
Moving? Book your move-in/move-out clean for after the movers leave, so we can reach every floor, shelf and cabinet.

Start with our Deluxe Top-to-Bottom Deep Clean. It resets the whole home, including baseboards, interior windows and built-up kitchen and bathroom grime, so recurring visits can keep it at that level.
Our Standard Cleaning is available weekly, biweekly or monthly. Most clients choose biweekly, which is the schedule we recommend for keeping a home consistently fresh.
Interior windows are included in the deep clean and the move-in/move-out clean. Exterior windows are a paid add-on. You can also add inside the fridge and inside the oven to any visit.
