Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing Royal Glow Cleaning Services. To ensure a consistent, high-quality experience, we ask that you review and accept the following terms. By accepting an estimate or scheduling services, you agree to the terms outlined below.


 

1. Satisfaction Guarantee
We are committed to excellence. If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we’ll provide a complimentary re-clean of the area in question.

2. Business Hours
We operate Monday to Saturday, from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. PST. Messages sent outside of business hours will receive a response the following business day. We aim to accommodate last-minute client requests whenever possible.

3. Access to Property
Clients may choose to be home, use a lockbox, or provide an entry code. Royal Glow Cleaning is not responsible for securing the property if a client unlocks and locks the entry remotely. We do not hold or retain physical keys.

4. Valuables and Damage
Please secure all valuable and fragile items, including jewelry, collectibles, and firearms. In the rare event of damage, we will notify you immediately and make reasonable efforts to repair or replace the item. Royal Glow Cleaning is not liable for damages due to pre-existing wear, improper installation, or unstable fixtures.

5. Service Limitations
We do not offer the following services:

  • Ironing

  • Animal or hazardous waste removal

  • Tall ceiling fixtures or unreachable areas

  • Mold, asbestos, or biohazards

  • Carpet or upholstery cleaning (unless specifically included)

Additional fees apply for services such as: oven and refrigerator cleaning, dishwashing, laundry, wall washing, decluttering, and organizing. Ask us for custom needs—we’re happy to assist when possible.

6. Payment Policy
Recurring cleanings must be prepaid on the first day of each month to reserve your preferred time slot. Payment methods: debit/credit card only. Card must be securely stored in our system upon service plan approval.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations with more than 48 hours’ notice: no fee.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours: 50% of service fee.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows: full service fee applies.

  • Emergency cancellations are evaluated individually.

8. Permanent Service Termination
A 30-day written notice is required from either party for permanent cancellation of services.

9. Rate Adjustments
Rates are subject to change. Clients will be notified in advance. An annual rate adjustment of 4% may be applied to reflect rising operational and labor costs.

10. Employee Non-Solicitation
Clients agree not to solicit Royal Glow employees for personal services outside of the company. Any violation will result in a $2,500 penalty and immediate service termination.

11. Digital Media and Privacy
We may take photos for internal training or documentation purposes (e.g., stove, fridge, shower). These images will not be shared publicly without written client consent.

12. Climate Control
Please ensure your home is kept at a reasonable temperature for the comfort and safety of our team. Extreme heat or cold may impact service delivery.

13. Safety and Equipment Policy
Our team follows strict health and safety guidelines. We do not move heavy furniture or use ladders over two steps. Our team is not trained for hazardous material removal and will avoid unsafe environments.

14. Modifications to Terms
Royal Glow Cleaning reserves the right to update these terms. Clients will be notified of significant changes. Questions may be directed to:
