Royal Glow Cleaning was founded by Alessandra and Diego Coutinho, a husband-and-wife team originally from Brazil who share a deep respect for quality, environmental responsibility, and intentional living.
Alessandra, originally from São Paulo, is a biologist by training. Her background brings a thoughtful, health-conscious approach to how homes are cared for — focusing on safety, balance, and long-term comfort.
Diego, originally from Paraíba, studied Civil Engineering and built a career in real estate and property care before moving to the United States. His experience provides a strong understanding of materials, finishes, and the level of consistency required to properly maintain high-value homes.
Together, they created Royal Glow Cleaning with a clear philosophy:
